If You have any questions or concerns about Your policy You should, in the first instance, contact Your broker who sold the insurance to You or Us where applicable.

In the event that You remain dissatisfied and wish to make a complaint, You can do so at any time. For full details on making a Complaint, please refer to the Complaints Notice as contained within the  Schedule of Insurance which was sent to You when You purchased a policy.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

If there are any disputes arising under, out of or in connection with this Insurance they shall be dealt with in accordance with the Service of Suit and Jurisdiction Clause attached to Your Schedule of Insurance.
